The heart-shaped selenite is easy to hold in the hand for meditation or an energising treatment.
With its beautiful white colour, selenite is a soft stone with a calming effect. It is an excellent meditation aid as it conveys enormous calmness. This stone gives self-confidence. It is also a good protective and cleansing stone for the aura, which can be placed in a house, a room or a place of life.
Its equivalent for the chakra is the coronal.
