1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Crystal Beautiful online store operated by Florian Faure, sole proprietor established in Spain (hereinafter the “Seller”), by consumers or professionals, within the European Union and internationally.
Any contrary conditions of the customer are excluded unless agreed in writing by the Seller.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website.
The Seller strives to present the products as accurately as possible, without being able to guarantee the complete absence of errors.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable under Spanish legislation, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
5. Order and conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products does not constitute a contractual offer.
The customer places an order by validating their cart and clicking on the confirmation button.
By validating their order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in their cart.
All entered data is displayed before the customer clicks the order button; the customer may review it before submitting the order and correct it by clicking the “Back” button in their browser or by using the usual mouse and keyboard functions. In addition, the customer has access, where applicable, to clearly identified correction buttons.
The contract is concluded when one of the following actions occurs:
the Seller confirms the order by e-mail, or
the Seller requests payment after the order, or
the products are shipped to the customer.
The first of these actions to occur shall determine the conclusion of the contract.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct e-mail address for contact and order processing purposes, as well as to configure filters so that e-mails relating to this order can be received.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are indicated on the website.
In the event of payment by bank transfer, the amount is due immediately after the order is placed.
Payment processing may be carried out through secure third-party providers.
In the event of payment via “PayPal”, payment processing is handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 2224 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. PayPal’s terms of use apply for this purpose. These can be consulted at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full.
7. Delivery
Delivery of goods by post is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. By way of exception to this rule, in the event of payment via PayPal, the delivery address registered by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment shall prevail.
If the Seller incurs additional costs due to an incorrect delivery address, an incorrect recipient, or other circumstances making delivery impossible, these costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the error or impossibility is not attributable to them. The same applies if the customer was temporarily prevented from accepting the delivery, unless the Seller informed them within a reasonable notice period.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
Deliveries within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
In the event of delivery to a country outside the EU, the customer may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or additional fees to the competent customs or tax authorities of the destination country or to credit institutions. The customer is advised to obtain information from the relevant bodies or authorities before placing an order.
8. Retention of title
If the Seller delivers the goods before having received payment, the goods remain the Seller’s property until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with European regulations.
The full terms are specified in a separate withdrawal policy.
10. Returns and refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be made using the original payment method.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
11. Legal warranty
The products benefit from the legal conformity guarantees provided for under European and Spanish legislation.
12. Liability
The Seller shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from proven fault, within the limits permitted by law.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property law and may not be used without authorization.
14. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
15. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid only in the store and according to their conditions of issue. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
Only one gift voucher may be used per order. The use of multiple gift vouchers within the same order is not possible.
Gift vouchers may only be used for the purchase of goods. The purchase of other gift vouchers cannot be paid for using a gift voucher.
16. Applicable law
This contract is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the country of residence of the consumer.
