The five Platonic Solids

Sacred Geometry

In Euclidean geometry, a platonic solid is a polyhedron that has the properties of being both regular and convex.
Altogether there are five such polyhedra that form the group of Platonic solids.
According to the number of faces (4, 6, 8, 12, and 20) they are made up of, they are commonly referred to as tetrahedrons, hexahedrons or cubes, octahedrons, dodecahedrons, and icosahedrons.
Sacred geometry is the science of the forms upon which matter is built, forms that enable spirit to manifest in the material world such as man.
